I have used this L-glutathione and collagen supplement twice now, and I would say it’s pretty good. I’ve definitely noticed improvement, especially in my skin and overall confidence. The results are better if you follow a good diet and avoid too many packet/processed foods (which I didn’t always do 😅).
I’ve completed two courses, and I’m currently on my third one. I plan to continue for another month. So far, I haven’t experienced any side effects — everything has been good for me.
