Cancellation Policy

Herbalmax values its customers and aims to assist them as much as possible. As a result, we have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Cancellations are not possible once the shipment has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or that violates the terms and conditions of our website, herbalmax.in, either with or without notice.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support at support@herbalmax.in or by calling us at +91-8878268888 from 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund your money within 2 to 5 business days after processing your cancellation request.

Please note, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancellations before shipment are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request. For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account that was used to make the payment. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How to Return an Order

At Herbalmax, we provide a straightforward return policy. You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your delivery. If you receive a defective product, please initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery. We also accept partial returns, allowing you to return one or more products in your order.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email at support@herbalmax.in within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order ID and the reason for your return or exchange. Please include a photo of the product, showing the batch number and the invoice.

  3. We will arrange to pick up the products within 4 to 7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the products are returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Conditions Under Which Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging.

  • The product’s serial number or composition has been tampered with.

  • The return request is made more than 30 business days after delivery.

  • The product to be returned was provided for free.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support via email at support@herbalmax.in within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID and evidence of the issue (photos or video) showing the product’s batch details and any damage.

  3. We will arrange a pick-up within 4 to 7 business days. Upon receipt, we will process a refund or replacement if the returned product meets our conditions.

Refund for Returned Products

Refunds for returned products are processed within 2 to 5 days after receipt and verification at our warehouse. Depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Changes to the Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We regularly review our policy to ensure it remains relevant and accurate. Any changes will be posted on our website. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted online. Please review the policy regularly.
