Once packaged, your order is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for prompt delivery to your specified shipping address.
In the event that our logistics partner is unable to deliver to your address or at the specified time, they will make arrangements to resolve the issue promptly.

Packaging:
We take utmost care in packaging your products to prevent any damage during transit. Each item is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Herbal max takes full responsibility for any damages that may occur to the products during transit.

Shipping Locations:
Herbal max ships its products to almost all pin-codes across India. You can check the serviceability of your pin-code on our website or during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframe:
While we strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 days from the date of purchase. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. Please bear with us during such instances.

Delivery Attempts:
Our logistics partner will make three delivery attempts to the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable, you can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule delivery.
